A growing organisation is seeking a detail‑driven Accounts Assistant to support a busy finance team on a 3‑month temporary assignment. This role is remote (3 days weekly fully remote, with occasional ftf meetings) and ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced work and is confident with financial admin.
Job Responsibility:
Process and upload purchase and freelance invoices
Match timesheets with invoices and enter data into accounting systems
Handle expense claims and credit/debit card reconciliations
Set up approved supplier payments
Ensure accurate coding and maintain organised financial records
Support budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc financial analysis
Provide general admin support across finance, operations and HR when needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in accounts administration or similar role
