We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join us in Hammersmith, London. Welcome to Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies. Job Responsibility:
Enter key supplier invoices into the system for landlord payment
Reconcile monthly supplier statements, petty cash, credit card spend, and TDS, resolving any discrepancies
Review Rent Guarantee Policy charges against recovered funds, investigating and resolving any issues
Manage and monitor the lettings client account inbox
Handle supplier calls and accounting queries promptly and in line with company procedures
Requirements:
Experience of working in previous similar role or a Finance environment
IT Literate/good knowledge Microsoft packages/Excel/Word
Comfortable working with invoices, reconciliations, statements, and financial data
Demonstrable experience of administrative systems and procedures
Knowledge of the lettings or sales market
