Job Description:

Job Role: Accounts and Finance Executive. Its a contractual role for 9 Months. Interview Mode: Face to Face.

Job Responsibility:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, review, and manage annual or quarterly budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze variances between actual spending and budgeted amounts
  • Tax Management: Handle tax preparation, ensure compliance with tax laws, and process timely payments and filings for taxes like TDS, GST, and PF
  • Audits and Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits, and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and handle accounts receivable duties

Requirements:

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness is crucial for maintaining financial records
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel is often required
  • Communication: Ability to communicate financial information clearly to management and other departments
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
