Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our busy finance team in Loughton.
Job Responsibility:
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Costing and coding invoices accurately
Handling staff expenses
Preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Credit control and debt chasing
Supporting the accounts team with ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Experience using Sage or similar accounting software
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Confidence in learning and using internal systems (full training provided)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload independently
