Working as part of an established and successful team, you will play a key role in processing inbound funds and providing clients and 3rd parties with excellent customer service and query resolution.
Job Responsibility:
Processing payments
Manual bank transfers
Posting of Direct Payments and transfers
Processing DD & STO mandates
Answering telephone queries
Responding to written correspondence and emails
Dealing with email queries & finance queries in-box
Providing excellent customer service
Raising demands/Refunds
Credit allocations
Investigating queries and discrepancies
Checking Direct Debit debt reports
Sort out direct payment remittance/emails folder
Requirements:
Accounts related experience would be beneficial
A high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy required
Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills
