As our Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You'll be the backbone of our financial department, handling everything from invoicing to reconciliations, all while maintaining our high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
Process invoices and payments daily to landlords, tenants, contractors
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for. Raising discrepancies where necessary
Liaise with clients and vendors regarding financial queries
Managing compliance of tenants, contractors and landlords such as Right to Rent checks, AML, TOB etc
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts role within property is essential
Proactive individual with a keen eye for detail
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
