Job Description:

Join our team as an Entry-Level Accounts Administrator! This is an incredible opportunity for those eager to learn about accounts processes or for individuals looking to polish and enhance their current skills. You'll be working in a supportive environment where your contributions truly matter!

Job Responsibility:

Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry
Add suppliers to our online portal and keep information up-to-date
Monitor the accounts inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Provide essential administrative support to the finance manager, including filing, scanning, and organising documents

Requirements:

Previous experience in an accounts or similar role desired but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
Proficiency in data entry and effective use of computer systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and colleagues
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
