We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join the Perth Team! In this role, you will effectively provide operational and administrative support as part of the finance team.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with basic accounting functions including reconciliations, month end
Processing of invoices, supplier payments
Administrative support for subcontracting arrangements and procurement processes
Bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliations
Maintain finance reporting and documentation
Assisting Project Accounting Manager and team as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications in a related discipline with demonstrated experience in a similar position
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders across the project team
A problem solving approach with a passion for providing solutions
