Job Description:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our busy finance team in Loughton as an Accounts Administrator.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing sales and purchase invoices
  • Costing and coding invoices accurately
  • Handling staff expenses
  • Preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Credit control and debt chasing
  • Supporting the accounts team with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience using Sage or similar accounting software
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Confidence in learning and using internal systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload independently
