We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding national business based in Blackpool. This is a full-time, office-based role due to expansion. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to provide a central administration service reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Manager. You will work closely with all departments to provide a vital link to support business operations.
Job Responsibility:
Handling bookkeeping tasks such as sales invoicing and processing transactions
Collecting and reconciling receipts and managing the company’s fixed asset register
Carrying out general office administration duties
Managing office purchases, orders, and supplier relationships
Overseeing utility contracts, obtaining quotes, and liaising with external contractors
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar accounting role
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive approach to problem – solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
