Xpert Resourcing are looking for a well organised administrator to join this growing family business. The ideal candidate will be looking for an Accounts Administrator position where they can use the skills they have and be looking to develop their experience further. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be a strong communicator and be able to help process invoices, collate timesheet information and arrange payments. 30 hours per week either as 3 full time days or 5 part time days
Job Responsibility:
Supplier statement reconciliations
Responsibility for company vehicles – checking service schedules, Tax and MOT
Responsible for collating timesheets and recording the information
Generating and processing invoices
Helping to prepare invoices for payments
Recording data onto company system
Assisting with shipment of products
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
Very good communication skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
