We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join a busy and friendly team in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with invoicing experience and a working knowledge of SAGE to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role for initially 4 weeks, starting immediately.
Job Responsibility:
Raising a high volume of invoices
Creating pro-forma invoices from job sheets
Sending invoices and checking client credit accounts
Monitoring the accounts inbox and responding to queries
Forwarding emails to relevant departments
Marking pro-formas as paid and posting them for manufacturing release
Posting supplier invoices and matching them with purchase orders
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts administration role
Proficiency with SAGE
Strong invoicing and pro-forma processing experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise tasks effectively
