Job Responsibility:

  • Financial data entry for pay-related processes
  • Processing payroll, invoices and accounts
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Processing new starters, data changes, superannuation, deductions and tax
  • Taking a high volume of enquiries from vendors and members of the government over the phone and through email in a professional manner while addressing and solving complex pay queries
  • Investigating overdue invoices and resolving account queries
  • General administrative duties
  • Use of Excel spreadsheets and formulas
  • Resolving customer enquiries in relation to their accounts
  • Collaboration with the team to achieve daily targets and achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Payroll experience desirable
  • Experience with Chris21 desirable
  • Ability to translate critical information into database software
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience with data entry (min 40wpm)
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven reliability
  • Call centre experience will be highly regarded
  • Must have a current National Police Clearance
  • Must be immediately available
  • Graduates encouraged to apply
