Job Description:

The Accounts & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing SEZ compliance, accounting operations, inventory control, vendor coordination, and office administration. The role involves close coordination with SEZ authorities, customs officials, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations, statutory compliance, and proper documentation for SEZ and Non-SEZ transactions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Primary responsibility to coordinate with the Indore Head Office for accounts, SEZ documentation, approvals, and operational support
  • Handle SEZ compliance and documentation, including SEZ invoices, LUT, statutory filings, and coordination with SEZ authorities
  • Maintain Material Inward & Outward Registers and manage inventory records
  • Coordinate with SEZ Customs / Specified Officer for endorsement and approval of documents (invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, movement forms)
  • Manage vendor registration and vendor management (KYC, GST, bank details, and master data)
  • Ensure SEZ-compliant invoicing and documentation from vendors and internal teams
  • Handle GST returns and proper classification of SEZ and Non-SEZ transactions
  • Maintain accounts, vouchers, reconciliations, and financial records
  • Handle office administration, documentation, and coordination with consultants, CA, and auditors
  • Support banking, payments, and statutory compliance

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Administration)
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Accounts
  • Knowledge of GST, and statutory documentation
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Nice to have:

Proficiency in SAP, Tally/ERP and MS Excel
