Job Description:

As an Account Manager at NTS Hengelo, you are the face of our site towards some of our key (international) customers in the high-tech Semicon/Manufacturing industry. You build sustainable partnerships, translate complex customer needs into smart solutions, and ensure that our customer expectations are exceeded. At the same time, you are responsible for initiating and executing (new) business development activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, secure, and monitor strategic account plans and customer relationships
  • Navigate easily at all levels – from shop floor and middle management to MT and C-level, and tailor your communication accordingly
  • Act internally as a strategic advisor by representing the customer and providing the MT and Commercial Manager with commercial insights
  • Represent NTS during customer visits, audits, and (international) trade shows
  • Negotiate complex proposals and long-term contracts
  • Create structure in a dynamic environment and maintain an overview of priorities
  • Seamlessly align customer goals and technical execution with project teams on-site and with colleagues from other NTS sites at home and abroad
  • Work closely with Sales Support, Logistics Planners, NPI Project Managers, and Operations

Requirements:

  • HBO+ or university level of education with a technical or commercial background
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar (international) account management role
  • Affinity with high-tech Manufacturing industry (Semicon experience is a strong plus)
  • Experience in complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on long-term relationships and results
  • Independent, entrepreneurial but also a team player
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
