Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP)
Oversee payables, receivables, and transactions related to assets and facilities
Prepare financial statements as well as monthly and quarterly tax filings
Reconcile bank statements and investment accounts
Handle general accounting tasks and produce financial reports
Complete tax filings accurately and on time
Assist with audit preparations by organizing and providing necessary documentation

Requirements:

A degree in accounting or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in an Accounting Technician role (experience in property management is a plus)
Bilingual (French and English), with a primarily French-speaking work environment
Experience with ERP is a significant asset
Versatility, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice to have:

Experience with ERP
Experience in property management
