Job Description:

You are passionate about your work in accounting and used to navigating independently? Do you like to work with accounts receivable as much as accounts payable? Keep on reading, this might be for you!

Job Responsibility:

Manage accounts payable and receivable
Verify and enter invoices sent to customers and those received by suppliers
Produce payments
Communicate with various departments regarding accounts payable and receivable
Communicate with customers regarding payments
Maintain and update financial records, including daily entries
Reconcile bank statements and financial documents
Manage company credit cards
Perform tasks to support the finance department

Requirements:

Experience in accounting or similar role
Excellent communication skills in both French and English
Proactive, organized and meticulous
Proven ability to multi-task
Experience with Quickbooks
