Accounting Team Leader

This position will lead and supervise the team of Financial Accountants (based in India) and serve as the primary point of contact between that team and senior finance leadership in Oceana. The role’s core purpose is to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely accounting and financial reporting across multiple group entities, and to drive the standardization of accounting policies, processes and controls across the group. By harmonizing accounting operations and delivering consolidated financial data and analysis, this Manager will support strategic decision-making, drive efficiency, and uphold financial integrity throughout the organization.
