Job Description

As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world, we lead the way in the sport and event industry. Join the team as a freelancer as soon as possible for a 6months assignement and support us on our mission.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Ticketing Finance in acting as a business partner to the Commercial Ticketing team by providing assistance on finance-related matters
  • Monitor high-volume ticket sales and ensure correct and timely revenue recognition in the accounting system
  • Manage customer enquiries, including processing refunds and handling chargebacks
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and maintenance of accurate and organized financial documentation
  • Perform data validation checks and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
  • Assist with ad‑hoc financial tasks, analysis, or projects as required by the Ticketing Finance team
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of reconciliations, schedules and reporting for FIFA Ticketing subsidiaries

Requirements

  • Prior experience in accounting, finance operations or support
  • Proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • Experience using SAP FI is an asset
  • Degree in accounting or controlling
  • Good understanding and knowledge of accounting and controlling principles
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Responsible personality with high self-initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Positive and dynamic Team Player
  • Willingness to cope with flexible working hours during sales phases
