We’re partnering with a well-established organization to bring on two temporary team members to support a high-impact project focused on reconciling and updating agent account records. This is a process-driven, detail-oriented role where you’ll work across multiple systems to complete manual financial adjustments and help reduce a backlog of transactions. Job Responsibility

  • Process agent debt transfers across multiple internal systems
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency between administrative and accounting records
  • Follow step-by-step procedures (SOPs) to complete manual adjustments
  • Document updates clearly and maintain organized records
  • Research and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Support related workflows, including account updates and transfers

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, task-oriented environment
  • Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
