Job Description

A required Accounting/Admin Assistant prepares monthly budget and disbursement summary. Prepares and liaise with local and offshore counterpart for the month end closing financial reports. Assists with the year end audit including the stock take. Monitors contracts of the company and provide supporting documentation for audits. Handles petty cash and prepare summary of petty cash disbursement. Preparation of payments and secure approval Tax Returns and other payments/remittance. Release checks to supplier and filing of check vouchers. Has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, taxation and collection regulations. With high degree of accuracy and attention to details. Has the ability to handle confidential information and perform multi-tasking and priorities with strict deadlines.
