We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Supervisor with proven experience in full set accounting to join our finance team in the Shared Service Environment The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, and assisting with month-end closing procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Operational Oversight: Lead the Finance team in executing end-to-end accounting functions (AP, AR, and GL). Ensure precision in vendor management, credit control, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset integrity
Intercompany Management: Orchestrate and reconcile complex intercompany transactions across global entities to ensure seamless consolidation
Cash Flow Leadership: Direct the consolidation and regular updating of cash flow forecasting to optimize liquidity management
Financial Reporting: Own the delivery of full-set accounts, monthly/yearly financial statements, and forecasts
Systems Mastery: Manage data integration and reporting within SAP, ensuring accuracy during system uploads and reconciliations. (Additional tools: OneStream, Info-Tech, Qlik)
Audit & Tax Compliance: Serve as the primary lead for external audits and tax filings. Coordinate with auditors and tax agents to ensure 100% compliance with local and global statutory requirements
Budgeting Champion: Drive the annual budget cycle by consolidating divisional data, applying cost-allocation logic, and meeting Global submission timelines
Business Partnership: Act as the strategic finance liaison for Business Unit leaders, providing clarity on transactional data and financial performance
Process Evolution: Spearhead automation and standardization initiatives. Maintain up-to-date Desktop Procedures (DTPs) and collaborate with stakeholders on system enhancement projects
Ad-hoc Leadership: Execute high-impact corporate rollout projects and special assignments, ensuring delivery within tight project lifecycles
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in full set accounting
Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AutoCount, Sage, QuickBooks)
