Job Description:

Well established company in Danvers in search of an Accounting Specialist on a part-time basis. The right candidate will be able to work independently, show high attention to detail, and have solid technical skills.

Job Responsibility:

1099 processing
AR and AP
enter and import GL entries
enter and audit all monthly credit card spending
bank reconciliation
fixed assets maintenance
maintain monthly close schedule
y/e tax documents preparation
review financial information and documents monthly

Requirements:

4+ years of accounting and/or full charge bookkeeping experience
Daily use of QuickBooks (BOTH versions)
Ability to work independently
High attention to detail
Solid technical skills
