Accounting Specialist

• Accurately process invoices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
• Manage check runs and issue payments in a timely manner
• Process incoming donations and other forms of payment
• Perform daily reconciliations for deposits and ensure records are accurately maintained
• Communicate effectively with internal teams
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for auditing purposes

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally with AR and AP focus
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise preferred)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively within tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
