Job Responsibility:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
  • Support billing, invoicing, cash application, and expense tracking
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances
  • Assist with payroll processing and related reporting, as needed
  • Prepare financial and operational reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls
  • Support audits and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and internal controls
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
