Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Handle billing operations and oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and tracking payments
Support payroll processing activities and perform related administrative tasks
Conduct thorough bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Maintain detailed and up-to-date financial records, assisting with daily accounting operations
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create reports, track data, and manage financial information effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Strong skills in billing procedures and payment tracking
Proficiency in performing account and bank reconciliations
Solid understanding of general accounting principles and transactional processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
