Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, including verifying invoices and ensuring timely payments
Manage accounts receivable (AR) by tracking incoming payments and resolving discrepancies
Handle billing functions, ensuring accurate and efficient invoicing for clients or customers
Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and identify any inconsistencies
Support general accounting functions, including maintaining financial reports and ledgers
Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and improve accounting processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed
Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounting operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Familiarity with billing procedures and financial reconciliation
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and tools
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
