Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join a growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this contract position, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable processes. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in high-volume invoice processing and vendor communication while contributing to a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process a high volume of accounts receivable invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Handle accounts payable tasks, including vouchering and maintaining proper documentation
Collaborate with teams such as customer service and purchasing to address and resolve discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders
Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Manage purchase orders and maintain compliance with financial policies
Utilize ERP systems to streamline financial workflows and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions
Identify and resolve issues related to accounts receivable and payable processes

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Proficiency in using ERP systems for financial operations
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
Experience with high-volume invoice processing and vouchering
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with purchase orders and vendor relationship management
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
