Job Responsibility

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
  • Utilize AppFolio to handle financial data, including income, expenses, and ledger maintenance
  • Process vendor payments and maintain detailed records of transactions
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and compliance
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts, providing training and support as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, tenants, vendors, and clients to address financial inquiries
  • Ensure accurate data entry and invoice processing within established deadlines
  • Maintain familiarity with income property accounting practices to meet organizational needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience with AppFolio software and property management accounting
  • Strong proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting tools
