Job Responsibility
Assist with end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels
Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial data
Support accounts payable processes, including invoice review and processing
Contribute to tax-related activities, including sales tax filings and industry-specific reporting requirements
Help prepare financial reports and validate the integrity of underlying data
Research and resolve discrepancies, including vendor and payment-related issues
Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistency and reliability of financial information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
Approximately 5+ years of experience in accounting, with exposure to payroll, accounts payable, or reporting functions preferred
Proficiency in Excel and experience working within accounting/ERP systems
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
