Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Specialist to take ownership of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a fast-paced, service-based environment. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with operations, sales, and leadership to keep projects on track, improve cash flow, and strengthen financial processes. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and accounting fundamentals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with operations and sales teams
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with a strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes
  • Solid foundation in accounting principles, including GL coding, reconciliations, and maintaining strong internal controls and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to professionally handle sensitive financial information and work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving technology, including leveraging AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and accuracy
