Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including reviewing invoices, entering payment details, and maintaining accurate vendor records
  • Assist with payroll administration by entering timekeeping information, preparing supporting data, and coordinating with an external payroll provider
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations to help ensure financial records remain complete and accurate
  • Provide general accounting support such as billing assistance, transaction tracking, and resolving routine discrepancies
  • Work closely with managers and operations personnel to support reporting needs and maintain efficient financial workflows
  • Contribute to office administration by helping with day-to-day coordination tasks in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
  • Support broader accounting and operational activities as priorities shift within a smaller office setting

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or a similar finance-related role
  • Practical experience with accounts payable and payroll-related coordination
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable, billing processes, and account reconciliation tasks
  • Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and work independently when needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across office and operations teams
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced construction or field-support environment
  • Previous exposure to administrative procedures or HR-related support is a plus
