Job Responsibility:

Perform routine accounting functions with an emphasis on accounts payable
Receive and process incoming checks for accounts receivable
Review all company credit card transactions on a daily basis
Administer and maintain company credit card system (Bill Spend & Expense)
Process weekly payment runs, including printing checks and initiating ACH payments
Assist with annual audit and provide appropriate documentation to the auditors when requested
Support fellow accounting team members with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited college or university, in business field
One to two years of experience in accounting, finance field or related area
Strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills
Plan, coordinate, and maintain varied and sometimes complex tasks
High level of detailed organization skills and follow-up
Proactive approach to problem solving, highly resourceful team player
Enthusiasm to help without being asked
Strong experience in Excel and other Microsoft Office skills
