Job Responsibility:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Enter invoices and oversee billing processes
Assist in collections and resolve overdue payments
Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records
Input financial data with precision and maintain organized records
Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing reports and verifying account balances
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Experience with bank reconciliations and maintaining purchasing records
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks
Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
