Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable processes, including verifying invoices and ensuring timely payments
Oversee accounts receivable operations
Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Handle billing activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
Maintain general bookkeeping tasks
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as required
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency
Provide support during audits and assist with documentation requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Knowledge of billing procedures and account reconciliation
Understanding of general accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience in a contract-to-permanent position is a plus
