Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As part of a non-profit organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting operational needs.

Job Responsibility:

Record monthly payments and invoices with precision and timeliness
Input deposit entries and ensure data accuracy
Reconcile accounts by comparing bank statements with internal records
Oversee inventory management
Respond to finance-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service to retirees
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks efficiently
Ensure all financial activities are handled with confidentiality and professionalism
Maintain organized and accurate financial records to support organizational goals

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related accounting role
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
Strong customer service skills, particularly in handling inquiries
Proficiency with learning new software systems
Comprehensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
