We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Lodi, California. Job Responsibility:
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
Perform accurate billing operations and ensure timely invoicing
Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits
Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting functions and financial reporting
Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Assist in preparing financial statements and other accounting reports
Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities
Identify opportunities for process improvement in accounting workflows
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Proficiency in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Strong knowledge of billing processes and account reconciliation
Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams
Proficiency in accounting software and tools
