Accounting Senior Group Manager

• Execution of the North American (NAM) financial close of the accounting general ledger
• Governance over the international close and global consolidation
• Production of daily balance sheets for in-scope material legal entities (MLEs) in NAM
• Global consolidation of daily balance sheet in support of Resolution & Recovery Planning (RRP)
• Management of team within reporting line
• Engagement and influence of others in Finance and Technology
• Support analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (SEC Reporting, Investor Relations, global business segments)
• Manage activities including closing books and sub-ledgers, passing required adjustment entries and consolidated financials
• Partner with revenue and expense management areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and/or control
• Manage day-to-day high level operational execution
• Assess risk when business decisions are made
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in people management
• Previous supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Ability to work across functional areas and across a global organization
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Bachelor's/University degree
• Master's degree preferred and managerial experience
