In this role, you will lead and support Ingka financial reporting, ensuring high-quality accounting and reporting processes that protect and add value to our business. You will contribute to profitable growth and financial independence by securing compliance, operational excellence and effective governance, while enabling the business through strong financial support and collaboration.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop the Accounting & Reporting team, securing the right competence, performance and succession in line with business and people priorities
Responsible for compliant and accurate financial reporting according to Ingka frameworks, local GAAP and other applicable regulations, while maintaining an effective internal control environment
Drive efficient and standardized accounting and reporting processes that support both business needs and compliance requirements
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner across different levels of the organization
Collaborate closely with Group share service center, Legal, Tax and other business functions to secure aligned ways of working and support compliance and audit processes
Support global and local initiatives focused on simplification, harmonization and automation of financial operations and reporting, while contributing financial insights to the business planning process and supporting continued business growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field, with 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, auditing or financial reporting within similar or larger organizations
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on competence development, performance and succession
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards, including IFRS, local GAAP and internal control frameworks, together with experience working with SAP and other automated accounting systems in complex business environments
Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to assess risks, translate business needs into financial insights and support decision-making
Experience working across functions and stakeholders in complex and multicultural environments, while contributing to change, simplification and continuous improvement initiatives
Confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal
