Job Description:

Supports the day-to-day operations of accounts receivables, ensuring accuracy and timely dispersal of invoices. Other key duties include reconciliation of credit card receivables, managing the Accounts Receivable ledger, following up on collections, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and policies. Requires knowledge of accounting standards, systems, and procedures, coupled with technical proficiency including Opera PMS.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the day-to-day operations of accounts receivables
Prepares, reviews, reconciles, and issues bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures
Follows up and resolves past due accounts and customer invoices
Reconciles credit card receivables against merchant statements
Posts and applies customer payments in Opera PMS
Ensures property billings are error free and sent timely
Monitors receivables for timely collections
Manages Accounts Receivable ledger in line with company credit policy
Provides financial information to supervisors and co-workers
Organizes, secures, and maintains all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
Relevant work experience in similar role
Studies in progress for Accounting and/or Tax qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
English language proficiency
Microsoft Office PMS proficiency
Opera PMS proficiency
