Job Responsibility:

  • Data entry
  • Office organization: filing, management of supplies, etc.
  • Supporting different departments within the company
  • Operating the phone system, answering general phone calls and redirecting them to the right people in the company
  • Assist with any projects as needed
  • Maintaining strong relationships and long-term purchasing agreements with suppliers and vendors
