Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Professional to join our team in Ohkay Owingeh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in processing accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and vendor management. Additional responsibilities include assisting with reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a well-organized financial workflow. Proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. We are looking for someone to join our team for the long haul. Job Responsibility:

Processing accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and vendor management
Assisting with reconciling balance sheet accounts
Ensuring accuracy
Maintaining a well-organized financial workflow

Requirements:

Proven experience with accounting software systems and financial management tools
Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with their implementation and optimization
Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Expertise in preparing and analyzing balance sheet accounts
Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations
Familiarity with ADP financial services and Concur systems
Solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
