Job Responsibility:

  • Set up clients and suppliers for ACH payments
  • Automate the credit card payment process
  • Post journal entries with timeliness and accuracy
  • Set up new employees in the payroll system
  • Pull reports for financial reporting
  • Occasionally assist with aged reports by following up with customers who are past due

Requirements:

  • Background in accounting to include experience with journal entries and ACH payments
  • Strong aptitude for using accounting software
