Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve any discrepancies to maintain accurate accounts payable records
Maintain organized documentation for accounts payable transactions to support audits and internal reviews
Assist in general bookkeeping tasks, including record-keeping for multiple LLCs and preparing reports for lenders and tax professionals
