Job Description:

We are hiring for a MNC client who has a great working culture and offers an excellent remuneration package.

Job Responsibility:

Process vendor invoices
Reconcile supplier accounts
Manage voucher inputs
Journal posting
Payment arrangement
Filing
Coordinate payment processing in accordance with established internal control frameworks
Administer petty cash disbursements
Employee expense reimbursements
Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Familiar with using MS Office software
