A real estate firm in the East End of Pittsburgh is in need of temporary to hire help for an Accounting/Office clerk role! This position is temporary to hire. The position Accounting/Office position is ON-SITE.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including processing invoices and supporting billing activities
Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments for the owner, and managing office supplies
Scan and organize documents, maintain files, and support office workflow
Learn company processes from existing AP/AR staff with the potential to take on additional responsibilities over time
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable handling
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and vendors
