A real estate firm in the East End of Pittsburgh is in need of temporary to hire help for an Accounting/Office clerk role! This position is temporary to hire. The position Accounting/Office position is ON-SITE.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including processing invoices and supporting billing activities
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments for the owner, and managing office supplies
  • Scan and organize documents, maintain files, and support office workflow
  • Learn company processes from existing AP/AR staff with the potential to take on additional responsibilities over time

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable handling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and vendors
