Accounting Manager

• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Manage daily cash flow and oversee bank reconciliations for financial stability
• Prepare weekly deposits and maintain inventory accounts with proper documentation
• Update general ledger accounts and ensure the integrity of the company database
• Generate monthly reports, including commissions and connection statistics
• Process refunds and maintain compliance with sales tax systems
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting
• Collaborate with external accountants for annual reviews and tax return preparation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Provide support to affiliates and communicate updates on areas requiring attention or improvement

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
• A minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience is preferred
• Proven expertise in month-end closing processes and general ledger management
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and preparing journal entries
• Experience working with manufacturers or distributors is highly desirable
• Ability to conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills to manage multiple accounting functions
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed financial documentation
