Accounting Manager

• Oversee operational accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes
• Manage payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees
• Perform month-end close procedures to maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure consistency and correctness in financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries for accurate documentation of financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Monitor and maintain internal accounting controls to safeguard company assets
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to manage and analyze financial data effectively
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and operational accounting processes
• Demonstrated ability to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing tasks
• Experience with month-end close procedures and general ledger reconciliation
• Familiarity with preparing financial statements and supporting audit processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the Services industry is preferred
