Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports to support business decision-making
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
  • Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and oversee the preparation and coordination of audits
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency

  • Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday to streamline financial processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • a Master’s degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial audits
  • Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across teams
  • Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
