Accounting Manager

• Oversee and assist with all accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Perform reconciliations of accounts, inventory, AR, and AP and maintain proper balances
• Ensure all financial information is accurate, current, and properly documented
• Review bills and invoices to verify costs and prices are consistent with contracted rates
• Conduct regular audits of financial documents and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate with external accountants during the annual financial close
• Prepare internal financial statements for management review
• Evaluate existing accounting systems and processes, recommending improvements and efficiencies
• Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Support implementation of new accounting technologies (EDIs, APIs, ERPs, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and ability to communicate results clearly while recommending process improvements
• Prior experience working remotely is a plus
